Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on kelvea.com. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

2. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive our confirmation email. That email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including non-payment, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated, and exclusive of shipping costs, which are displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order through the payment methods offered on the site. Your order is prepared only once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 6 to 8 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving a reason, plus a further 14 days to return the goods. Return shipping costs are yours. Sealed goods that can't be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded once unsealed.

6. Legal warranties

All our products come with the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by applicable law. If a product is faulty or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

7. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, contact us first at support@kelvea.com. We aim to reply within 48 hours. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

8. Force majeure

We aren't liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
