These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the Kelvea website. By placing an order on our store, you accept these terms in full.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale set out the rights and obligations of Kelvea and its customers in connection with the online sale of the products offered on our website.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight differences in color, dimensions, or appearance may occur and shall not engage Kelvea's liability.

Offers are valid while supplies last.

Article 3 – Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is finalized.

Kelvea reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

Kelvea reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or any other legitimate reason.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Kelvea never stores payment card information.

Article 6 – Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

Average delivery time is 5 to 8 business days, depending on destination.

These timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control (carriers, customs, weather events, high-demand periods, etc.).

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under local law, customers may exercise a right of withdrawal within the timeframe provided by law, except for products excluded from this right (including personalized items or opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons).

Article 8 – Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Article 9 – Warranty

Customers are entitled to any applicable legal warranties under the laws in effect in their jurisdiction.

If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, please contact our customer service team so we can offer an appropriate solution.

Article 10 – Liability

Kelvea shall not be held liable for delays or damages resulting from events beyond its control, carrier-related issues, or improper use of the products by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, illustrations, graphics, and other materials) is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Kelvea operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any legal proceedings.
