At Kelvea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in its original condition;
- be unused and undamaged;
- be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized or made-to-order products;
- gift cards;
- sale or clearance items (unless there is a manufacturing defect);
- hygiene or personal care products that have already been opened or used.
Return Process
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team with:
- your order number;
- the reason for the return;
- photos, if the product is damaged or defective.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached. We'll work quickly to find a solution (replacement or refund).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they've been processed and shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the return process.
Undelivered or Refused Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping fees may apply.
